State List Error At Account-Edit Billing and Shipping Address

We have a customer complaining about the edit billing&shipping address function. Here is the issue: He created an account, then login, trying to edit his billing address. On country list, he selected United State, but on the state lists, it displays a bunch of foreign states, please see my screenshot. Is there anywhere that I can edit so that the state lists can be displayed correct when the customer select a country?

So one thing you might try is going to the easycart admin -> advanced settings area. From here you can turn on combo lists for countries, states, and also to use advanced state display... this should turn on the ability to switch countries and have just states for that country pull in.
