    Okay, I already paid for this software...now I'm being told I have to pay again after the "upgrade" and it's locked me out of all functions. PLEASE NOTE AS PER A PREVIOUS THREAD i'M TRYING TO RESET MY PASSWORD BUT FOR SOME REASON YOUR SYSTEM WON'T SEND THE PASSWORD RESET SO I CANNOT LOG INTO THE PAID ACCOUNT.

    I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS FOR SEVERAL DAYS, PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!

    If you are seeing the notices to upgrade, there are a few things that could be wrong:

    1. You didn't install the 'WP EasyCart PRO' plugin.
    2. You didn't activate the 'WP EasyCart PRO' plugin in your plugins panel.
    3. You didn't register your 'WP EasyCart PRO' plugin in the WP EasyCart -> Registration section of your WordPress Admin.

    Once you do these three things, it will unlock. You should also consider submitting a support ticket or if you cannot log into your account, contact us here: http://www.wpeasycart.com/contact-information/ -- and we will help out. We usually respond within 2 business hours and many times faster.
