layout/theme to no child theme

Hi All,
I have a WordPress site running easy cart and I have to change the layout/theme to no child theme. This will apparently fix the issue I am having with the weight trigger error I get during checkout. The theme I am using is Twenty Fourteen
Apparently V2 Templates are not compatible with V3 plugin.......

So you are trying to change our design files that get applied to the front end... to do this go to your wordpress admin and login, then easycart admin -> design file management button... There are 2 combo boxes for the layout / theme, just change those to 'no child theme' and save.
