Failed Installation WP Admin Console

I'm currently trying to install the Store Admin via my WP admin console under the section Easy Cart Admin. I've followed the directions given, downloaded the zip file, uploaded the zip file- but I get the following error message:

Unpacking the package???

Installing the plugin???

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

I have attached the zip file I was instructed to download.

What am I doing wrong?

That is not a full download, it appears to be corrupt. Try downloading and checking the size, it should be around 920 Kb, not this 604 bytes, which is pretty much empty...

perhaps use a different browser if needed to download the admin app.
