  • Client Shipping Information?

    We had our first sale come through our cart. (Yay!) Something that was missing though in the customer information was the shipping address for the client, which I need. I ended up having to log into paypal to find it. I am guessing there is a mail setting somewhere that when enabled, it includes the shipping information when it lets me know a sale has been made, but I can't find it! Help!

    You should check in the easycart admin -> basic settings that 'shipping enabled' is turned ON.
    Then you should go to each product and under advanced listing options, see if 'enabled shipping' is ON for each product.

    It sounds like it's not taking shipping and it's not setup? when you tested and checked out does it show you shipping address fields, shipping costs, etc?
