    I uploaded the item to the digital product I was creating. After someone purchased they didn't receive a link or email to download the product. Am I missing something? Also, is there a way to remove new account creation and all the billing info besides name and email on checkout? Thanks for the help.

    We do not send links to download products in emailers... it's fairly unsecure, although we are trying to develop a method that secures it. Right now, users download products from within their 'account' on your website... and you can instruct them to go there on the emailer if you have downloads and that sounds like something you need.

    As for removing elements from checkout, they are pretty much all required. We have an option to 'allow guest checkout' in our basic settings which does allow guest checkouts, but still require billing and all that info, only don't need a password.
