Edit Account Fields

Hi,

How I can change ( Add, Remove) the default fields in the account registration page?
Exp. First Name, Last Name, Email, Confirm Emal......etc.

This is a pretty locked down area of easycart that is a core part of our software and not easily moved or changed.
