Email/Invoice Missing Items

Hi, i've built a site for my client using Version 4.0.6 of WPEasycart Pro. We just launched the site live and have had several orders but the invoices sent to his email are missing several fields. The order invoices need to include shirt colors and sizes because they're automatically forwarded to the printer, is it possible to add these two fields to the invoice?

Options should already be on the invoice/email... Can you ensure you do not have a child theme or child layout installed. maybe you have a custom or older email template.

wp easycart -> settings -> design -> custom theme and custom layout should be on the 'No Child Theme' option to use our latest and current coding.
