removing coupons and gift cards

How do I completely remove gift card and coupons? We will not be using gift cards or coupons in our store and I don't want the mention of Gift Cards or Coupons to show up on the site at all when someone is trying to purchase a product. thanks

You can hide these in the settings -> checkout area.
