Different shipping than billing Info

Question: How do you add different shipping address than your billing information in the shopping cart?

Problem: The website I maintain sells 3 products.
1) whiskey bread pudding. This can only be picked up at the restaurant.
2) name plate.
3) gift cards.
During the holiday season customers will order gift cards online and want them shipped to who ever for a present. When they checkout they fill out there billing information, then click continue to shipping.
When they click : edit shipping address prompt, it brings them back to the page for billing information.

I think you may not have your product selected as 'shippable', but without looking through the exact setup it is hard to tell. You can try editing the product, and under the general settings make sure it is 'shippable' for that product. Gift Cards will generate a unique 12 digit gift card ID if you are using our gift card system. If you are just using a regular retail item and have your own gift cards, then don't use our gift card system, make sure gift card is unselected, and that it is a 'shippable' item just like any regular retail item.
