I have tried to update to the latest version of EasyCart but keep getting a message that the update failed due to internal server error. Then I have to delete the .maintenance file to get my site back up. I also can't seem to get to your EasyCart page to create a support ticket. I am assuming that both of these are related and that somehow your website and servers are having issues today. Are you aware of any problems, and can you confirm that someone is working on the issues?

No, we are not having any issues with servers and it would not ever effect your installation on your server as nothing is stored on our easycart system... I think you might want to send an email to support@wpeasycart.com with some wordpress login information and we can take a look... You might also let us know what your most current version is right now on your wordpress easycart.
