HI All,
I don't suppose this post will be here for long as it is a negative comment borne sole from the frustration of the ticket system and support's reply.
We do not have active support as we were one of the original customer's who used the Java version and Easycart converted us. We are happy to pay for support however, we do not like being forced to do this.
There is a security hole in Easycart with the 'product enquiry' button / option. For the past two days we have received 1,000 emails from the site ranging from hackers subscribing, registering as users and also requesting product details.
When we raise a ticket with Easycart, all we receive is a standard email as follows. In our hour of need (we have never raised a ticket in the past), we feel that we are being held to ransom to take out support.
This is not what we thought Easycart were about? Josh Jones.
Rant over...
Neil
