Menu Display when viewing a specific product - disappeared

In the new upgrade (from flash to HTML), I noticed that my menus disappeared when looking at a particular item. Before I had the menus display on the right column, and now I only get that menu listing when I first open the store. Once a customer selects an item, that menu display disappears and the item takes the full width of the screen They only get the menu display back is they return to the opening screen.

I tried to find a switch in setup, but I cannot find how to get that back.

Can anybody help with this?

This sounds like your plugin has a custom post template... You might try going to the settings -> design area and match store meta and use custom post template ON.

sometimes this will bring in the themes custom post templating...
