Change email receipt subject from Wordpress to custom

Hi

while I'm sending the email receipt the subject for the email is coming as WordPress, while using Global Email System as wordpress, can you let me know the way to change that subject to info@mycompanyname.com.

The email receipt can be adjusted by using the format John Doe<johndoe@myemail.com> when adding our email address. Now they will show up with 'John Doe' as the sender. As for teh short description in receipts, this is not possible as the changes would require core adjustments to the system and plugins would no longer be updatable.
