Have unfinished Orders available in a later session.

Been playing with incomplete/unfinished orders.

Basically an order that is not placed, even when logged in, is not available at a later date.

Is there a setting I am missing to have orders remembered between sessions.

Orders that customers place but are not approved will show an error to the user and they can submit them again with proper payment. They will not save until they go through the payment process... just how the system is designed, otherwise, unfinished orders build up, then a finished one, and it just keeps inserting, and it becomes very messy with reporting and also with quickbooks and other sync systems....
