help no submit button?

i don't even know how long this has been like this... #baddeveloper
but folks cannot checkout... they don't get a submit button - it seems like the form actually gets cut off because looking at the code, it's not displaying the t/c or privacy checkboxes either...

oddly, looking at the source, the div enclosing the button appears to have "display:none" on it... why would it do that?
