    We're doing a little promotion and have been taking orders for several days. Yesterday 2 strange things happened -

    1. An order # 183 did not send the receipt email to either the customer or the admin. The admin did get a PayPal receipt. In EasyCart, the order showed as "Third Party Pending" with PayPal. Checking the PayPal account, the payment had indeed completed, but the EasyCart never changed from Pending. Changed it manually to Third Party Approved, but it still did not send out the email receipt. Was this possibly a glitch with PayPal not posting back to let EasyCart know that the payment was completed, or is it something on the EasyCart end?

    2..One order is completely missing -- there are orders #181, 182, 183 and 185, but no order #184 at all. Order #185 which came in after went through perfectly (though it was a Stripe payment while the missing one, and the problematic one above, were both Third Party (PayPal) payments, and happened within a few minutes of each other.

    Any ideas? I am suspecting a PayPal glitch, but sure don't want it to keep happening! Thanks so much for your help.
