Interesting, never looked into this? is it something that starts with a pound sign? or the 2nd address line? we may not even have the 2nd address line in there yet.

this may be the case, I have not updated those in several years, and they may not have the latest coding to include options like phone numbers or the address line 2 items. It is something I may need to look into this coming year...
