Removing Category and Recent Comments

So if you are talking about the product details page? not entirely sure as there is limited information here, but you can remove cateogries from the product details page, just go to the easycart admin -> basic settings to do so.

As for recent comments? is it wordpress comments, or the easycart review system you want to turn off? each product can have product reviews removed or enabled... if it is wordpress comments you want removed, that is likely part of your theme, or done at the store page level.
