Accessing product information in Wordpress template

Just wanted to know what object I should reference if I want to get product information in a regular Wordpress template? I'd like to have a page that displays one category of product separate from the rest of the store. Thanks.

You can certainly make an EasyCart menu with main, sub, and sub-sub menus (which are essentially categories). and Then simply use URL links to them. They all load in the same page, but do it dynamically.

If you want links to them, or create different pages outside the store, they can also simply link into the store using these menu links and it will load up just that specific category? not sure if that would do what your wanting here...
