Can't send a support ticket

sorry, i've solved this but I can't delete the question in the forum.....sorry for that!



Good morning,
It seems that I can't send a support ticket. I'm the right place https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account/ but when I click "Start New Ticket" nothing happens. I have 86 support days left and haven't used it yet.
What I am doing wrong?

awesome, were you able to see the support ticket below when selected? or was there something we needed to work on on our end?

I did send the support ticket, but I haven't get an answer yet. It is anyway the same question of the admin sidebar missing.
