Change wording on theme

Just purchased the Trim them. Can you tell me where I can change the wording for "Our Recent Work" Area?

In case anyone else needs this info...
You can adjust that phrasing in the actual theme template file... just visit the theme/trim folder and look for home.php file. Look for lines like this

<h3><?php esc_html_e('Our Recent Work','Trim'); ?></h3>

or

<h3><?php esc_html_e('From The Blog','Trim'); ?></h3>

in option sets i cant get the price to override the existting price keeps stating the regular price.....
allso how do i remove the page titles from the paget i dont want it to display the title ( store ) on the store page or can i change it to something else but still say store on the menu ..
