Can I add some instructions to the "Submit Payment" screen at checkout

I want to add some instructions to the Submit Payment screen just above the submit order info message: By submitting your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of our website. Once you click submit order, the checkout process is complete and no changes can be made to your order. Thank you for shopping with us!

I would also like to add to the "Pay using Paypal button to include "or your Credit Card". People are not continuing their order if they don't have a paypal account. They are also not knowing they have to scroll down when the paypal option come up.

Typically these changes can be made by editing your language settings in the WP EasyCart -> Settings -> Language editor. This will allow you to update the headings above the credit card or paypal sections as well as add content before the terms area.
