I was just trying to add more products but have found today that when using the option to allow 5 images per option set. the images upload, but do not save. as soon as i goto the next option to upload the photo, it uploads. but if i go back to the previous option. no photo. i have tried uploading then updating,. while the photo still seems to be present on that option set. but it still does not remain or display when viewing the product online. if i uncheck the option to allow 5 images per option. and just use the 5 images for the product. those images save and display while viewing. ih have deactivated all my plug ins to verify if there is a conflict. the issue remains even with all plugins disabled. i have over 175 products that were successful in using the multi image per item option. but today i am not able to continue adding products without this feature. i'm very sure i am doing everything the same as before. your help would be great.
