My site was hacked a few days ago and I just got it back. After everything setup and I was trying to backup the store, but failed to backup "Downloads Design" and "Downloads Products", I was only able to download database. Attached is a screenshot for the error message. Any advice for how to solve this problem will be much appreciated.

My advise would be to do more of a web hosting backup than just an easycart backup. In fact, we may remove this section in V4 since it's so specific and really not to user friendly... Our specialty is the ecommerce, there are plugins specific for backup and better yet is your hosting level backups. -
