Multiple shipping and billing addresses

Is it possible to have multiple billing and shipping addresses within one account? I want to be able to place orders for customers that do not have their own account by using my administrator account. I receive purchase orders from clients who are not able to order directly online and so I cannot create individual accounts for each one. I want to be able to simply place the items in my cart and then select the correct shipping and billing info when I checkout. Billing is almost always manual, so I'm not worried about credit card or other billing methods.

No, we do not have multiple address stores. We have it built in a way to build on this in the future though and plan to add that hopefully in the coming year.
