Since I updated admin console, online and standalone. I cant update or add new products Ive tried restarting computer but no help. I have no other internet issues.

Hello: The new admin consoles are setup to allow you to export products, and then import the same excel file back up... This allows for a quick export, adjust, upload workflow that many have asked for. So the actual export file is the same format to use for import.
If you don't have any products, you can create one test product and export it, then you can see some demo data that comes out and then replicate to put back into the file and upload. Hope that helps...
