How do I notify a customer that I have cancelled their order and voided their invoice (in a manual payment situation) from the Admin Console? Or do I need to send them a custom email myself?
Send them email noticed using your own methods. The only notifications easycart would send out are if you updated tracking and shipping information and choose to send out an email notice.
currently we do not have image changes for sold out items, only on the text for add to cart is being replaced, etc... no need to post in feature request, we will look to see if it is something we want to impliement.
