Okay, I already paid for this software...now I'm being told I have to pay again after the "upgrade" and it's locked me out of all functions. PLEASE NOTE AS PER A PREVIOUS THREAD i'M TRYING TO RESET MY PASSWORD BUT FOR SOME REASON YOUR SYSTEM WON'T SEND THE PASSWORD RESET SO I CANNOT LOG INTO THE PAID ACCOUNT.
