Remove "Add to Cart" hover on store page

Can someone tell me where to find the setting to turn off the "add to cart" hover on the store grid view? I'm not able to locate where the setting is.

I am not sure if you want to just remove a hover? or if you are completely wanting to remove the add to cart button?

If you want to just show a catalog of products, this will remove the add to cart behavior. You can do this by going to the wp easycart -> settings -> product settings:

If you are just trying to remove the actual design of the 'add to cart', you might try some of the other styles. Just use the admin sidebar on the left panel when viewing the page, you can choose from 6 different style.
