Admin Console App Access Removed

Just wondering why Legacy users got their access to use the Admin Console apps (desktop, tablet, phone) removed and are now forced to pay more to regain access - when it was included as part of the original license.

You might want to submit a support ticket and we can look at the circumstances and scenario of what software versions you are running, what apps you have installed, and we can look into it.
