When changing a Pending Paypal transaction to Approved

How do you generate/send the confirmation email when a PayPal payment ipn response has a problem and the payment needs to manually set to approved from pending.

My hosting company was having issues with its local certificate store and I was getting cURL errors for several transactions, though payment was received

This feature was added in 4.0.28 and can be accessed when editing an order or by selecting an order and selecting 'Resend Email Receipts' from the bulk apply option on the order list.
