Looking for a Display/Hide Sold Items Toggle Filter

I am building a website with WP EasyCart for an online art show and sale. All products are displayed within the Store regardless of whether they are sold or not (so users can still see the art, even if it is no longer available for purchase), but I would like to give users an option to filter out the sold items, so they can only see the remaining items. I can't seem to find any option on how to configure this. Any thoughts?

Maybe put them in a "Sold" category?
