Error: Returned Fault: NetConnection.Call.BadVersion

I did a fresh install of EasyCart 3.0.5 and EasyCartAdmin 3.0.3
These are the latest version

I got this error
"There was a fault in the service call while attempting to communicate with this request. If this continues to appear, please contact the EasyCart support team.

Returned Fault: NetConnection.Call.BadVersion"


My site is https SSL enabled

Is that the reason for the error?

I did a fresh install without SSL enabled.
Still the same error. I doubt its SSL problem

I tried on another domain hosting there is no error

Lots of reasons for that type of error, but our apps (IPad, Android, Desktop, and plugin) all use a service based system to communicate with your website. It's unqiue and cool to have apps talk to your site, but it does require the service system run on your hosting platform, and it always isn't setup correctly, have teh correct version of PHP, MySQL issues, etc... We have found it working on about 95% of servers right off the bat, but sometimes we have to adjust a few server settings for your host to work with this service based type system.
