Limited shipped to countries

Is it possible to restrict the country a product can be shipped to please?

I generally ship to various countries outside the UK, but there are some things I would like to only ship domestically because they are weighty.

My shipping settings use the price trigger, so I cannot change that.

I am in France and also having trouble with this, did you manage to work it out? Lack of support from the moderators is not good at all.
My problem is that when I limit shipping to Europe, then enter my own address, the product cannot be shipped to my address and I cannot figure this out. Been working on it 2 days now and about to look at alternative products.
