We use EasyCart to manage a membership area. It is a one year subscription. In the Products>Subscription section, I have Allow Multiple Subscriptions turned OFF but our members regularly buy "new" subscriptions and it does not renew the subscription they already have. Does that checkbox to turn off multiple subscriptions not work? When a member buys a new subscription, then Stripe sends them billing and "end of subscription" for the previous subscription. Maybe this is a Stripe issue, but is there a way to make the new purchase extend the existing subscription?
FYI, we have Stripe set to "send an invoice" rather than automatic renewal because our members are not comfortable with auto renewal.
