Disable "OPEN ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THE STORE"

Hello, I have just moved my WP EasyCart from one server to another and the store is not displaying products.

I am getting: "OPEN ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THE STORE
Please log in or create an account by clicking here. Your account may need to be verified before you will be able to access the store."
I have checked that the "Require User Logged in to Review:" is set to "No".
I have toggled Require User Logged in to Review: from "No" to "Yes" then back to "No".
I am not using any caching plugins and I am using a private browsing window as well as various browsers.

I must be missing a setting somewhere but I have not been able to get any results out of a search.

Sounds like the store is in restricted mode... try going to advanced options, see if you have it restricted to a 'shopper' or other type of user level. Change it to 'no restrictions' and it should be opened...
