Holiday Mode

I am going on holiday in a few weeks and was wondering if there is an easy way to put WP Easycart into holiday mode to stop customers from making purchases.

Yes, you can put it in catalog mode by going to the easycart admin -> advanced options and setting catalog mode on, it takes all the add to cart buttons away from the site and essentially they can view, but not purchase. You might even hide the cart button from the menu, no need for it either.
