Manual Billing

Hi there,

How can I configure the "manual billing" to accept payments, where the users pay their own invoice, introducing by themselves the Invoice No and the Amount in a text field; and then just submit and make the payment?

I do not how exactly the manual payment works.

What manual billing does is simply place the order and put it into a temporary status such as 'Direct Deposit Pending'. That is all it does... You are then responsible for billing the customer, invoicing them, or sending them direct deposit bank details. It really depends on how you want to handle it.

Some countries use direct deposit a lot, so they simply show their bank routing info right there, and users will send them money that way. Others go into the language editor and change this 'direct deposit' language to 'invoicing' language and simply instruct the user that the order is placed and we will send you an invoice with directions on payment.

But essentially, the order is placed into easycart and captured, just put into a pending status.
