Paypal Sandbox test OK but always in 'Third party pending' status in Order

Hello,
I will try to summarize my concern.

Paypal Sandbox test = OK, means:

• login in Sandbox test was Ok,
• I valid my payment on Paypal (login / pwd / ...) with success
• I return to my website with my command order number
• My payment amount have been soustract to my global money in Paypal dashboard

But :

• my order stay in 'Third party pending' status (easycart order status page)
• I never received an order confirmation (in my customer mailbox)

Did you see this kind of issues? How to progress?

This sounds like you never have setup the paypal IPN listener url in your account.

1st, the sandbox environment on paypal we have found to be lacking.. doesn't always behave like a live account, I always test using a live account just to be sure.
2nd, in the easycart payment information setup screen, where you enter your paypal credentials, there is an IPN url there, you must copy that out to paypal, so they know where to talk back to after orders and such are completed, it should then turn the status to third party approved and send out emailers.
