Cart icon menu doesnt show on my menu is there a manual way to add it ?

You can go to easycart admin -> basic settings and there is a place to turn on the cart icon widget, and then also to associate it with a specific wordpress menu you have built. If you have not built a wordpress menu specifically, then you must do that first.
the widget only appends the cart icon widget to the end of the menu, no way to place it around inside the menu.
If the widget just will not work in your theme, then you can always just add a 'cart' link using wordpress menus to your menu structure of choice.
