  • IPN from Paypal stuck at "retrying"

    I just ran a test of my payment process at entospress.com.
    The order designation is stuck at Third Party Pending
    When I look at the IPN page in paypal, the message indicates "Retrying"
    Here is the url I have supplied for the ipn setup:

    I have no idea how to fix this.
    Here is the location of the script in my hosting site:
    public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-easycart/inc/scripts/paypal_payment_complete.php


    Can someone help me. I need to fix this asap.
    I even tried changing the designation in Orders manually to Third Party Approved, but it did not trigger the necessary email for download.

    I have only seen a couple PayPal IPN's get hung up on retrying and never go through on our system... what you might do then is to change it to third party approved, and you can go to easycart admin -> store status, and at the bottom enter the order # and it will resend emails... that is a way around it temporarily...

    I woudl give it a couple more tests, make sure you are upgraded to the latest easycart plugins, and see if you get consistent results, either consistent retrying attemps or consistent IPN's going through... have not had any issues with the IPN on customers, so kind of odd to need to trouble shoot it.
