File Upload settings

Trying to figure out how to set up ec and our server to accept files from our clients. I have an option set that has the file upload button and my clients say they send them but I do not get them in our email. So, they are either not getting to the server or past the server to me. Haven't been able to find documentation for this feature. All help appreciated. <><

Be sure to check your PHP settings for using file uploads... for example max upload limits, php session time outs, all of those should be increased to make sure the file size can be uploaded. Also try changing permissions to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-easycart-data/products/uploads/ folder and try different permissions.
