  • No activity after "Submit Order" button clicked

    I am very new to this and just set up my EasyCart store a couple days go. It's working great, but I've noticed that customers who enter payment incorrectly (such as mistyping a credit card number), and then clicking "Submit Order", nothing happens. Meaning, the customer isn't given any indication that there is a problem with the information entered. It just sits there. I've tried this on a couple different browsers and it's the same everywhere. Can anyone offer any guidance? Am I missing a setting or something somehwere? Thank you.

      Was this ever resolved, we have a similar issue I think, orders come in then the system misses out an order number and orders continue from the next number on, i.e. order 250 (OK) order 251 (OK) next order is 253 (also OK) but where is order 252?
