Customers' Review system: How to turn off completely?

We'd like to turn off the review system of the products altogether. What do we need to do?

There is no global setting, but as stompin has noted, it's at each product level. If you had hundreds of products, you could export products, change data, then import to quickly update a bunch of product, or use SQL on your database.
