    When we duplicate a product in the desktop app the resulting product gets a random picture and any product name change and price change does not take affect. So I tried the following; 1) exported the live product we wanted to duplicate, 2) edited the CSV file changed the product name, product ID and price. 3) ran an import of this product to create product similar to the existing product. This import failed with the following message;
    QUOTE:
    There was a fault in the service call while attempting to communicate with this request. If this continues to appear, please contact the EasyCart support team.

    Returned Fault: NetConnection.Call.BadVersion
    END-QUOTE

    What is going wrong or what do we need to do to successfully either duplicate or export/import a product.
    Wordpress easycart is 4.0.10 and desktop app is 4.0.2

    Update, The import worked despite the error; but the SKU changed, the price changed, the name change DID NOT work. we now have 2 products with the same name! Any App edit change of name does not work.

      We are working with yoast SEO and see there is some plugin conflicts in order to make duplicate and some other update functions work smoothly. There are plugins that are rewriting posts, slugs, that we are working out and should have a solution in the coming week to this...
