We have a user who says they are not getting the validation email. Can Admins resend the validation email somehow?

So we do not have a way to resend it, but what you do is go to that users account in easycart, it will be 'pending' and you simply need to go ahead and change their account security level to 'shopper' so they can move forward. You are actually verifying as an administrator, they contacted you... so it makes sense not to have to send an email, but rather just do it right there for them.
