Selling Tickets - Need Help with Pricing

We are a theater and are trying to use this platform to sell tickets. I need to be able to sell each seat once, but have my buyer be able to choose the price of the seat: child, general admission, senior/military/student. How do I do this??

I was thinking advanced options, but then can't track quantity. Please, I know this has to be possible - just need the right brain storm. Thank you in advance!!
