Facebook pixel retargeting

Hello just wanting to share with anyone who is trying to setup the pixel with easycart and trying to retarget with pixel. There are 2 errors that were causing me issues and one of which could be solved with the coding in easycart potentially.
-error 1 - easycart will add HTML to descriptions at times when you add space and this HTML coding that gets feed into the CSV file will cause pixel errors. make sure update the facebook description and remove HTML

- Error 2- Facebook "content ID" that it uses to retarget is not the "sku" number you may assign but it is the actual ID that is on your easycart product list. this has to match for facebook to retarget. If easycart could get an enhancement in which when i generates the CSV file for facebook pixel, the ID field should auto populate the ID that easycart has assigned which would fix retargeting.

The HTML is a critical one as it does need this often for good displays on your website and wordpress, but we find a lot of html in the facebook description can cause issues. That is why we make it a separate location that you can fully edit. We may need to look on our end at stripping that out by default.

We know some easycart users also accidentally paste in html scripts and other erroneous data into a description and it can cause all kinds of issues.... so good point on cleaning those descriptions up...
