How to limit quantity allowed for a digital download item?

When setting up an item in my cart as a download, everything is fine except how do I set it so that they cannot select more than 1 as the quantity? If the customer selects more than 1 they are charged more but it's still just the same file, so I want to change that. I've played with the options but so far, no luck.

Hello:

You do this by going to the product -> quantity options and set a minimum/maximum of 1 so that users can not increase or decrease this.
